In the KidZone we learn about God’s love for us through science, art, cooking, drama, storytelling, games and more!

KidZone Programs

Visit the KidZone this Sunday morning, 9:30 to 10:45 am, children age  3-years through grade 6 are invited.

VISIT The KidZone Sunday School on the lower level of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church any Sunday morning and you’ll hear children giggling, singing, clapping, shouting and having a wonderful time.  Children visit a different rotation workshop each week, learning the same Bible story for 4 or 5 weeks in a different way.  In the science room, they may be making rockets or learning about a full eclipse of the sun; in drama, they’ll be acting out the Bible story or interviewing Bible characters; and in the games room, they may be the playing pieces for a giant board game.  Sunday School is always different and the kids never know quite what to expect, but one thing is always the same, they will learn something they can use in their every day life and they will have a great time with friends and teachers who love them.

You’re invited to KidsQuest or Discipleship and Service (D&S) on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm

KidsQuest Bible Study and Service is the KidZone Wednesday night program for children in grade K-2.  Every week children meet for Praise, fellowship and fun.  They’ll enjoy Bible study, fun incentives for memorization and they’ll occasionally participate in the service projects with 3-6 grade.

Discipleship and Service (D&S) is the KidZone Wednesday night program for children in grades 3-6.  Every week children are invited to Praise, Pray and Grow together in friendship as they serve others and study God’s Word, the Bible.  D&S begins with Praise and Worship in the Fellowship Hall. Adult Bible studies are also on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
