Life in the Church
Individual Christians are gifted in different ways by the Holy Spirit to minister to others in our needy and broken world. Likewise, congregations have specific gifts to meet needs within their respective communities. We intend these "Life in the Church" classes to involve you in a process of considering how your individual gifts and needs integrate with the gifts and needs of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (GSLC) as we seek to minister to each other and to fulfill the Great Commission within our community and world.

This series is designed for those considering membership in the Good Shepherd family or members who want to become more involved.

• These classes are more process oriented than content oriented.
• We will help you get to know others in class with the hope that these relationships will continue as you pursue foundational content courses, such as Experiencing God and deep experiences of God's goodness like the Via de Cristo retreat.
• We will introduce you to some of our leaders in each of the seven areas we cover and help you find out how you can benefit from what they do and how you can join with them in their call to service.
• Throughout the process, we will encourage your walk in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ-that you might experience increased participation, freedom, and joy.
