Good Shepherd's youth staffing program is designed to give high school students an opportunity to enter into a leadership role with our junior high student programs. All high school students interested in being involved in staffing must complete a certification process which includes training in Bible study preparation, emergency counseling, first aid, games and ice-breakers, and other crucial leadership concepts. Once the students complete the certification process they are required to attend monthly staff meetings where they plan events, pray for students, and receive additional training and equipping throughout the year.


Each staffer must complete a contract prior to serving as a Staffer.
